Are you by yourself and feeling isolated?
Some have to stay away from others due to regional or national lockdown.
Some have to because of some condition that makes them vulnerable.
Whatever the case, there are a few things that you can do that will help you NOT to feel isolated while you stay away from others.
Take a few mins several times a day to take deep breaths. While sitting or standing upright, take a deep breath for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4 and breathe out for the count of 4.
Take a few moments to say thank you for yourself, your friends and family, things that you experience daily, and anything else you would like to express thanks for.
Remember that when you move your body, your mind gets to work, the blood would more efficiently take oxygen and nourishment to your vital organs.
